Terms & Conditions for Referral Program
By registering your interest in the Referral program, you are agreeing to be bound by the below terms and conditions.
1. The Referral program is open only to individuals or entities located in Canada and USA.
2. The Referrer is eligible for the benefits only when the Referred Customer signs up through the unique link of the Referrer, and not through any other sources.
3. There is no limit on the number of Referred Participants.
4. Upon payment by a Referred Customer of the three months, Xenett shall issue a gift card to the Referrer subject to the Reward specified in section 7.
5. In the event, the Referrer submits duplicated or unqualified Referred Participants, the Referrer shall not be eligible to receive the Rewards.
6. In the event of multiple referrals, you may receive a combined gift card equivalent to the eligible amount.
7. The Referrer will be eligible for a gift card of 30% of the total amount of the Referred Customer's three months Invoices.
8. The Referrer shall not be eligible if it submits the details of an existing user of Xenett Apps.
9. The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
10. The Referral Program is available from 15 August 2022 and shall continue indefinitely until Xenett decides to amend or withdraw the program.
11. If the Referred Customer discontinues the service before the three paid invoices; the Referrer shall not be eligible for any rewards.
12. Xenett accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful registrations due to a technical fault including but not limited to computer hardware or software failure, technical malfunction, or server failure of any kind.
13. Xenett reserves all the rights to:
- Disqualify the Referrer from the program if its conduct is contrary to the intention of the program.
- Disqualify the Referrer from the program if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
- Void, cancel, or amend the program if it becomes necessary to do so.
